Ok, so I was a quitter earlier this year (I know, shame on me!) and I think it's time to give it another go.
Today I started using the c25k training app again - I breezed through Week 1 day 1 (which isn't a surprise) and I think instead of doing every other day I will go ahead and finish out Week 1 this week since I've been running off an on anyway. Wish me luck!
So, Week 1, day 1 down - 5min warm up, 1 min run, 90sec walk (repeat 8 times) end with a 5 minute cool down - 30 minutes in all.
