I made it to Planet Fitness 3x this week, each time for more than 30 minutes! Mom and Kathy have joined too, I think that will make it a little easier to stick with it. So, we are doing the treadmill, but this week we also gave the 30 minute Circuit Training a try...might be trying to throw it into the mix to give some variety.
Also did a little line dancing with the Girl Scouts on Sunday night, so much fun.
