Week #3

Week #3 = lost 3.3 for a total of 7.6lbs lost

Starting weight: 250.4lbs
Current weight: 242.8lbs

Made it to work out 6x this week...even once when I normally wouldn't have. I gave the Mapleton Rec Center gym a try while the girls were at Judo this week. Probably not where I would want to go on a regular basis, but it got the job done.

Looks like I'm doing 1.55 miles to 1.63 miles in 35 minutes on average.

Tried a new recipe this week, for Pork Carnitas...YUMMMM!


...and not too bad for you either, only about 190 calories per 4oz serving!
