Week #4 (1 month down)

Week #4 = lost 2.5 for a total of 10.1 lbs lost

Starting weight: 250.4lbs
Current weight: 240.3lbs

Made it to work out 6x again this week, still walking the treadmill and still throwing in some Circuit Training every other day or so. Busy, busy, busy.

Had the HOIDSA Spaghetti Dinner with Kaylee's Krew yesterday, so much fun.
