Week #5

Week #5 = lost 0.8 for a total of 10.9 lbs lost

Starting weight: 250.4lbs
Current weight: 239.5lbs

Another snow day on Tuesday this past week, but still got in 6 workouts this week.

I started the C25k this week (Week 1, Day 2 today). It was tough, but I could still walk afterwards!
