Week #11

Week #11: April 20 - another 3 for a total of 24.4

Current Weight: 226 lbs

Wow, what a busy week...got in a couple hikes, some yoga with the Girl Scouts, the treadmill, and the Circuit. Way to make the week fly by!

Looking forward to my first Body by Burlesque class this week!!! Nothing better than a new form of exercise to keep things moving in the right direction!
