Wk 12 - Apr 27 - lost 1.3 for a total of 25.7

Current weight: 224.7

Got in a couple nice hikes this week and still hit Planet Fitness several times. Loved the Burlesque Class...so much fun! Going to give the Knockouts! Boxing class a try this week!
