c25k is trying to kill me

I'm just sure of it!

I finished Week 3, Day 1 of ‪c25k‬...I got the first 90 sec jog and walk set done and the first 3 min jog and walk done, then the second 90 sec jog and walk, but had to do 90 sec jog for the second 3 minute jog... oh well, it was a start.

Week #7 and Week #8

Wk 7 - Mar 23 - lost 0.9 for a total of 16.6
Wk 8 - Mar 30 - lost 2.4 for a total of 19.0 and down a top and pant size (2x-20/22 top and 16 pant)!

Starting weight: 250.4
Current weight: 231.4

Been a busy couple weeks. I'm still finding time to get to Planet Fitness for treadmill and Circuit. I'm finally starting to notice a little bit of change in my size...FINALLY. I was very excited to go down a size in clothes...time to do a little shopping!

I had to repeat the c25k Week 1 because I wasn't ready for Week 2, so I started Week 2 again about 10 days ago. It started out really good and I didn't even struggle to get through the runs which was nice, but by day 3 I was struggling...not looking forward to starting Week 3!

On a side note...

I want to say a huge thank you to all my family and friends who have been commenting, asking, and encouraging me on my weight loss / fitness journey...it really means a lot to me and keeps me pushing on, especially on the hard days.

I really feel the love.

Week #6

Wk 6 - Mar 16 - lost 4.8 for a total of 15.7

Still making it to workout more than my 3x per week and still working on the c25k - week 1 wasn't bad, week 2 is another story. LOL

I also started walking with some of the other teachers during class recess. We don't get to walk for more than 10 or 15 minutes, but it's better than nothing, right?

This past Friday I went to Hearts at Home with my good friend, Stacy. We rented a place in Havana to stay for the weekend and were able to take some nice walks - even got to catch a St. Patrick's Day parade!

Week #5 = lost 0.8 for a total of 10.9 lbs lost

Starting weight: 250.4lbs
Current weight: 239.5lbs

Another snow day on Tuesday this past week, but still got in 6 workouts this week.

I started the C25k this week (Week 1, Day 2 today). It was tough, but I could still walk afterwards!

Week #4 (1 month down)

Week #4 = lost 2.5 for a total of 10.1 lbs lost

Starting weight: 250.4lbs
Current weight: 240.3lbs

Made it to work out 6x again this week, still walking the treadmill and still throwing in some Circuit Training every other day or so. Busy, busy, busy.

Had the HOIDSA Spaghetti Dinner with Kaylee's Krew yesterday, so much fun.
