c25k...take 2

Ok, so I was a quitter earlier this year (I know, shame on me!) and I think it's time to give it another go.

Today I started using the c25k training app again - I breezed through Week 1 day 1 (which isn't a surprise) and I think instead of doing every other day I will go ahead and finish out Week 1 this week since I've been running off an on anyway. Wish me luck!

So, Week 1, day 1 down - 5min warm up, 1 min run, 90sec walk (repeat 8 times) end with a 5 minute cool down - 30 minutes in all.

2016

Starting 2016 off right...16.25 miles in the woods!

January 1st - 2.08 mile hike with my mom and dad

January 2nd - 5.45 mile hike with bfmomma and my bff since 5th grade, Audrey

January 3rd - 8.72 mile hike (2.7 with Christy and then 6.02 with my mom and dad)

The deer were celebrating the new year as well!
