All In A Days Hike

Took advantage of the girls being gone this afternoon and decided to kick the Memorial Day weekend off with a nice, long hike on the Mountain Bike Trails at Wildlife Prairie Park.

6.83 miles of hiking covered both the South Loop and North Loop.

 The toads were everywhere, kept hopping out and scaring me!

Wk 13 - May 4 - lost 2.0 for a total of 27.7 - at 223lbs, bmi is 34.92 (obese, class 1)
Wk 14 - May 11 - lost 2.4 for a total of 30.1
Wk 15 - May 18 - lost 0.5 for a total of 30.6

Sorry for the lump post - not much new going on. The workouts at Planet Fitness are mostly done because it's so much nicer being able to walk outdoors and hike. I'm still getting some sort of exercise in almost every day of the week, at least once a day, usually 2-3 times. Still walking, still doing Boxing and Burlesque.
